THE pandemic has paid for the gala dinners so far – but that hasn’t stopped the organizers of the BH Star Awards from revealing their winners.

More than 300 companies participated in the awards, which marked a success in the hospitality, retail and tourism sectors.

The awards for 2020 were organized by ROUTEpr & Events, with Hoburne Holidays as title sponsor.

A sponsor or presenter met with each gold winner to present the prizes.

Jackie Phillipson, co-founder of the BH Star Awards, said: “Over the past 12 months, attendees have all faced extremely difficult times, with unforeseen pressures both on the business and on their personal lives. .

“Many finalists have branched out or invested in new independent ideas and it is this relentless hard work, dynamic attitude, energy and dedication that combine to create an award-winning destination.
