Behind the chalet is a lovely seating area in the courtyard which has been paved and has vines and shrubs.
The property will be sold through a modern auction, which means that upon acceptance of an offer or at the close of the auction, the successful buyer must pay a non-refundable reservation fee to agents to reserve the property.
The auction will start at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, but sellers will review the bids before the auction.
